Rocky Mayer

Rocky started with J.A.Roberts Co. in 2025 and works on scopes across a wide range of operational disciplines including cranes and rigging, support of excavation, and girder erection. He is experienced with AutoCAD and Civil3D and has completed several scopes to create surfaces for earthwork and bathymetry, vet design geometry, and coordinate work across multiple disciplines. During his time at JARC, Rocky has been involved with notable projects such as the I-40 Bridge over French Broad River in Jefferson County, TN, the WALK Bridge Program in Norwalk, CT, and the Gordie Howe International Bridge in Detroit, MI. Rocky graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where he earned Scholastic All-American honors playing D1-AA rugby. In his free time, he enjoys playing rugby, golfing, and working on cars.
