Taylor Moon

Taylor started with J.A.Roberts Co. in 2025 after working on the general contractor side of the industry for the first part of his career. He brings a strong background in heavy civil and bridge construction to the team, having worked on highway bridges, railroad bridges, and movable bridges, both for rehabilitation and new construction projects. His field experience has given him a keen eye for constructability when developing and reviewing construction plans, and allows him to incorporate innovative ideas into the planning of complex work operations. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to JARC, Taylor worked for American Bridge Co. and CIANBRO Corp. where he played an integral role on various challenging bridge projects over major waterways. He is the recipient of the 2023 American Bridge Co. Henry Mykich Safety Award. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys playing various musical instruments and working on his 10-acre, rideable model railroad.
